Michelle manages the business development strategy and marketing services for Girvin, which includes developing business relationships nationally and overseeing all marketing materials. She has over 16 years of experience in business planning -- including international business, operations and marketing. Key accomplishments include: leading and managing exponential growth of women's apparel business at adidas, developing business relationships for creative and technology-related companies resulting in growth and sustainability; starting and running a local non-profit with business leaders in the Seattle area; and establishing presence and interpreting for an engineering company in Paris, France.


Michelle has worked with clients including Airbiquity, Bellevue Community College, Cranium, Dexterra, Foundation for Early Learning, MarchFirst, Microsoft, Paccar, Radioframe Networks, Real Networks, Targeted Growth, and Trader.com. A graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Foreign Languages and History, and a participant of the Harvard Executive Leadership program, Michelle has strong business insight and enjoys working on anything technology related. Michelle is fluent in German and French.
