Virginia is responsible for the management and coordination of files for print production and vendor fabrication, while establishing a working relationship with vendors to ensure the quality of final products. She has the longest running experience in production management from the earliest days of Girvin digital production, an effort that she led more than 15 years ago.


Working in creative partnership with the triad of strategy, design and production fulfillment, in tandem with Girvin strategists, writers and designers, Virginia has an extensive background producing consumer goods and retail packaging, print collateral and brand standard guides, complex press supervision and planning, hospitality and amenities systems, environmental design and wayfinding documentation.


She oversees all digital production projects and team members at Girvin. Virginia received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington. Her career has spanned a broad range of work with clients such as Ameristar Casinos, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Dial Corporation, Hallmark, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Microsoft, Nintendo, Nordstrom and PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble.
