The Girvin team designed all environmental graphics for this mixed-use urban architectural property developed in a predominantly suburban neighborhood. Our work included primary identification, tenant identification standards, retail directories and wayfinding, as well as parking garage wayfinding signing and graphics.
We worked closely with the City of Bellevue in using Lincoln Square as a prototype for an update to the entire city sign code. By branding the space through retail signage and parking garage signage solutions, we provided a sculptural feel to this exciting new property.
