
With every brand there is a story – and with every story, there's a person behind it. Girvin uncovered the story of the legacy of SBRI in the innovative early focus and drive of Ken Stuart, Ph.D., the founding brand genetic code that embodies the spirit of this research group – committing passion, imagination and innovative research tools to improving human life worldwide. Girvin helped SBRI by facilitating a BrandQuest¨workshop and charrette to strengthen their storytelling, brand personality and positioning.
Girvin's efforts in deepening the layers of the brandstory extended to visualizations: creating two brandmarks that capture the essence of the institute. Developing a brand style guide, business papers and an annual report, Girvin was able to help reinforce the SBRI story with integrated collateral. We also created the BioQuest Gallery and a donor wall exhibit, which educate and encourage visitor involvement in the fight against infectious disease.
SBRI believes with fierce conviction in the power of science to make a better world, free from the most deadly diseases. With the recent award grant of $19.4 million and continued empowerment from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, SBRI will accelerate their quest.
