Girvin worked with the leadership team on a comprehensive brand development study, leadership charrette and strategic orientation to newly position components of the Fairmont Acapulco Princess; building a new identity program to respond to a $30 million property renovation, including the overarching property plan of Princess Diamante, a specialized luxury innovation -- The Pearl; as well as Turtle Dunes Country Club. Girvin built comprehensive design programs, marketing collateral, signing specifications and supervised the construction and implementation.
