St. Mary's College, and their newly developed School of Education, were exploring a strategic transition for their recently announced campus renovation, which opened in the fall of 2008.

Girvin's team lead their proprietary BrandQuest® leadership process to redefine not only the core values, visioning, positioning and brand strategy for St. Mary's College, but as well, their newly built campus presence funded by the Kalmanovitz family. The focus was created to reorganize the leadership team into a evolved direction for the campus longer term strategies, as well as defining the stance of the educators, counselors and marketing planners of St. Mary's and the new communications outcomes for the visioning of the school. There was especial attention to the relationship of the modernist educational teaching tactics of the school, as well as the ancient theories of learning, the brand legacy in story from the Lasallian Order, founded centuries ago in Paris.

Girvin's team organized and orchestrated the facilitated strategic events, as well as designing, writing and orchestrating the outcomes -- laying the foundation for the new visible language of the College educational group. The team created an entirely customized identity visualization, as well as the collateral for the campus and brand marketing system for their messages and student relationships.

"Your team really came through...they got it, and delivered...thank you!!!"
