Our Social Media Marketing Process & Offerings:

1 Define Success:
We’ll start by identifying with you what your key measurements for success are. What are your objectives with social? What does success look like to you? Are there specific targets? Specific platforms you’d like to focus on? This will give us a framework to build on.

2 Establish Brand Personality and Voice:
Define your audience: Every brand is unique, each has its own voice. With that in mind, the next step for us is to learn your business. During a kickoff session featuring yourself and any key stakeholders you’d like to include, our social media manager, along with members of our creative design team, we’ll work together to determine the best approach to achieve your goals while maintaining the voice of your brand.

3 Build an Editorial Calendar:
Using information gathered in the kickoff session and the determined measurements of success, we’ll build an editorial calendar for the first month of content (the second month will follow, ideally getting up to 3 months ahead when possible). This editorial calendar will outline all organic posts, boosted posts, partnerships, giveaways, and ads, depending on your specific needs as a client.

4 Create Content:
The design team will begin working on your social imagery, ensuring it meets the requirements set forth in the kickoff. Images and copy will be provided by Girvin, translating your brand voice into the social sphere.

5 Posting Ads:
Because we took the time to understand your brand and voice, each ad will be tailored specifically towards your target audience, and help you to achieve your goals of success.

6 Optimize Performance:
Using split testing and small adjustments per ad, we’ll work to optimize your ad performance (cost per result) to drive the value of your advertising spend further. Constantly learning, evolving, and growing your ad account so we can generate the most effective ads for your budget.

7 Provide Monthly Reports:
Each month, we’ll provide a social report with metrics from the prior month’s social stats. Using this, we can focus on your measures of success, and show what that success looks like. This report will include a breakdown of ads, and a section for next steps. Additionally, we can expand to that report based on your individual needs.
