Dining Design
GIRVIN treats dining design as the integration of guest relationships, environmental touchpoints, strategic naming and graphic design into one experience. The portfolio spans restaurant projects built with owners, chefs, architects and kitchen designers, including Dannon's Yogurt Culture Company retail concept in New York City (strategy, naming, identity and full interior/exterior signage), a new delicatessen concept for U.S. Foods at Metro Deli, and The Pearl, a ground-up restaurant brand built from the former Trader Vic's space covering naming, identity, environmental design and interiors.
