Science & Tech

GIRVIN has branded science and technology companies since the earliest days of desktop computing, starting with Aldus Corp. and its landmark PageMaker software — which became the best-selling desktop publishing application on Mac and PC. The portfolio also includes seven years of branding, signage and event design for Apple's World Wide Developers Conference (1992–1999), naming and identity for the 24/7 Reference library network's Ask Now tool, and naming and brand systems for the Catapult learning platform, later acquired by IBM. Work spans corporate identity, naming, packaging, signage and event branding for technology, software and research organizations.
